How billing works

  1. 1. Provision
    A subscription is created alongside each mailbox with a one-year term.
  2. 2. Track
    Expiry dates and renewal amounts are visible on the billing page at all times.
  3. 3. Renew or release
    Auto-renew keeps the mailbox live; disabling it starts a grace period before suspension.

MAIL INFRA is the management and provisioning layer. When Google Workspace is selected, Google remains the underlying provider — a provisioned identity is a Google Workspace account, not a personal @gmail.com account.
